The newly developed HYTRA tanker for liquid hydrogen has now been protected by a patent from the German Patent Authority. This marks a further milestone for HYTRA in the development of an economically viable large-scale hydrogen carrier. The hydrogen tank developed exclusively for this ship will soon follow as a new patent.
HYTRA is working intensively on the development of a completely new type of tanker for the energy carrier of the future. There are many individual technical aspects to be clarified, but the project is already several months ahead of schedule. We will keep you informed about the progress of the project.
